Drinking Milk is No Longer an Obligation

milk(7)So far, we think that drinking milk is important because it is part of the supplementary nutrition your body needs. Moreover, with the slogan four perfectly healthy five-proclaimed government, the more strengthened as drinking milk is an obligation. But it is also for people who suffer from certain illnesses that it is forbidden to drink milk. Such as ulcer disease.

Drinking milk, especially for adults, is not an obligation, but a choice. Meaning, do not need to drink milk, if all the nutrients the body needs are met through food.

While in infants and children, the most ideal food for them is the mother’s milk (breast milk). Because milk contains complete nutrients, according to the needs of the baby.
In certain circumstances (when breast milk can not be given), infants and children are given milk substitutes, namely formula. Milk formula is cow’s or goat’s milk that has been processed pure powder (so long lasting), eliminated or reduced fat content (so the lower the number of calories). Or, discarded lactose content (to avoid the allergic diarrhea), and enriched with calcium, fiber, and nutrients other.
