Many factors that cause your disease is very threatening to you in this modern era. Heart disease, cancer, stroke, or lung disease is chronic, all of this can be treated or prevented if you distract him.
Here are some tips for healthier living:
1. No Smoking

9. Check Your Blood Pressure
Higher your blood pressure, the higher the risk of heart disease. Consult with your doctor to discuss the steps you must take to maintain their blood pressure at healthy levels.
10. Check Your Breasts
Check regularly by a doctor or nurse and ask the doctor when you start the program on a regular basis. Early detection is prevention.
