The story of an industry is often a tale more of default than design. That is, when we step back and trace the evolution of an industry, we typically see that things ‘are the way they are’, because that’s just how the dominoes have fallen. There was no sophisticated Master Plan, no conscious effort to steer things one way, or another – the pieces just seemingly fell into place.
This phenomenon – and a very common one at that – is, quite frankly, not always a problem. Not when the default designcontinues to run on sound business fundamentals of delivering customer value and generating worthwhile profit (in that order).

Affordability: Buying drugs from Canada can save a substantial amount of money. In case you doubt the quality of the drug due to the low price, you need not be worried. The reason that buying drugs from Canada is cheap is the fact that the Canadian government has a good deal with the drug industry. The Canadian government simply tells the drug manufacturers to charge less. The drug companies simply comply. Brand name drugs are substantially less money in Canada. Believe you me; buying the drug from Canada is a heck of a lot cheaper.
Another reason that buying drugs from Canada is affordable is that generic drugs become a generic drug much sooner in Canada. The United States make the generic drug manufacturer wait a ton of years for the brand name drug patent to expire. Canada says “screw the drug company, we want generics now.” So you will notice that brand name drugs are available in Canada as generic and those generics are not available in the United States. The consumer wins in Canada, the drug company loses. Oh well.
